Kalipé is a term in use in Himalayan areas that is addressed to those who set out for the mountains. It is a wish whose meaning is to be able to "always walk at a short, and slow pace."
Here forest therapy, shinrin yoku or forest bathing (they are all the same thing) is also this: walking at a slow pace so that you can get out of your hectic everyday life.
It is not exercise, it is not just a walk, shinrin yoku or forest therapy is not just that, it is also immersing oneself in nature using the 5 senses.
